Tullow - comment

Tullow has appointed a new CFO, Jonathon Swinney, who is familiar to High Yield investors and the incumbent CFO of Enquest. Jonathon was previously at Petrofrac, as head of their mergers and acquisitions team and has done some acquisitions while CFO at Enquest. 

However, I strongly suspect his primary role at Tullow will be to focus on deleveraging and arranging a refinancing of the full capital structure in 2025. We hope the farm-down of the Kenyan operations will have happened prior to him starting the role later this year.
