Steinhoff - comment

The company is placing another 7.2% of Pepkor shares to retain only 43.8% thereafter. Not knowing the legal specifics, we think that breaking through the 50% barrier should trigger a deconsolidation of the SA business. Ultimately we consider it positive, however, that Steinhoff are making progress exiting the SA side of the business as this should take some time.
