ams OSRAM - comment

Following their FY22 numbers earlier this week, AMS Osram management are on the road meeting investors to shore up support. We understand the Company CFO is meeting with debt investors, via HSBC, but despite contact with IR, we have not yet received the details. At the same time, management are also doing a non-deal equity roadshow in Zurich, timing unknown. We are still digesting the results earlier in the week and trying to arrange a call with management to further understand some of the delays highlighted on the call.
