Oriflame - comment

The retirement of the company’s main plant in Poland had been discussed and is genuinely aimed at improving operations and resource efficiency. Oriflame discussions have slowed somewhat over Christmas but have overall become more constructive. We are expecting a D/E swap with significant fresh cash requirements before the quarter is over.
