Jose Elías and his consortium would have had €8.5m in rights but declined to participate. The Amodio brothers and Andreas Holzer have now filled that gap and underwritten €25m (50% of the Rights Issue); previously, they would have taken c€15m. As the Elías consortium members have already left the OHLA board, the dilution of their stake will not change much.
