The Amodio brothers are unwilling to make any concessions to Jose Elías (and the rest of his consortium) over governance. If the Jose Elías consortium members all refuse to participate and the full €50m is raised, their stake will fall from 17% to 14%. No one but the Amodio family will win from this. The Amodio’s have said they will participate and not be diluted.
