OHLA - comment

The timing of CEO Fernandez Gallar deciding to leave is awkward, and for now, the executive control will now fall on the Amodio brothers. The Amodio family has been very active in running OHLA, so not much will change. Gallar was re-elected at last week's AGM but said he was leaving for personal reasons. The CEO had a long association with the Villar Mar group before the Amidio family gained control.
