The appointment of Hannah Gibson as the new CEO at Ocado Retail will move a senior Ocado Technology executive over to Ocado Retail. The main focus for Technology currently is rolling out the Ocado concept to new clients so the division will have the time to replace Gibson. An Ocado person taking over at the Retail joint venture does acknowledge that technology management rather than product marketing is the primary driver for Ocado Retail.
