Morrisons - comment

Not the first time a replacement for David Potts has appeared in the press. A former CEO of Aldi would be a good call as Aldi recently replaced Morrisons as the fourth largest supermarket in the UK. Having lost its COO recently, replacing both simultaneously is a risk, but with Terry Leahy on the board, CD&R has plenty of retail experience to help the process run smoothly.
