further to the point made below: Rally / Go Sport have today completed the disposal of Courir for E283m - the release does not say it's all cash.

To be sure, this transaction is not new and the news are more confirmatory in nature. But it is good to see the company (entire structure) continuing to execute the sale of its non-core assets.
