Kem One - comment

Liam Nolan, from FTI Consulting, has been appointed CFO at Kem One. Mr Nolan, who has extensive experience in restructuring, turnaround and financial solutions, has taken over on an interim basis as François de la Barre has stepped down. We expect this will be a precursor to a wider restructuring of Kem One’s capital structure.
