It is odd to see the deadlines being postponed again. We don’t know the details, but note the growing chatter about a group of accounts perhaps looking to re-cut the deal if they can push it past the longstop date, which, from memory, should still be at the end of this month. Counter to that runs the latest deadline for subscribing to the new equity on July 3rd. From today’s communication: "Deadlines may be further amended or extended at any time by the Company in consultation with the Majority Backstop Providers".
