Intrum - comment

Noteholders get to claim their shares and sign up for the New Money Notes between today and Friday 20th of June. We are not pretending to be invested, but we’d naturally make sure not to miss that deadline. All new facilities will be issued out of Intrum Investments and Financing AB, an intermediate holding under Intrum AB and a MidCo called Intrum Group Operations AB, an efficient setup for future restructuring purposes.
