Heimstaden - comment

Two related parties had interviews with the media recently mentioning Heimstaden, Roger Akelius, of Akelius Residential Property stated Akelius would be able to buy the entire German real estate portfolio from Heimstaded and maybe some other assets, stating all of Heimstaden’s real estate is in good locations. He also added that the Company are not interested in selling at the current market value. Akelius Residential sold Danish, Swedish and German assets to Heimstaden in 2021. 

Additionally, Folksom CEO was interviewed by Dagens Industri stating the Heimstaden Bostan management has indicated that there was no capital need and had a plan to improve liquidity and its refinancing needs until October 2025. 

We concur that Heimstaden Bostad doesn't need a capital increase given recent rates movements but we are contemplating various options the Company has with its Hybrids/Perps.
