Heimstaden Bostad - comment

Heimstaden are issuing a 4-year SEK-denominated bond, hosting a call tomorrow. With the proceeds, Heimstaden Bostad will buy back its outstanding SEK Senior Unsecured bonds maturing in FY26. This is to extend its maturity profile and we don’t expect any fresh information from the call tomorrow.
