A downgrade is "not an option” were the words from management on the last call. Moody’s downgrade was on the cards, and apparently, whatever the shareholders had to offer was not enough. The agency cites the same concerns about liquidity following an aggressive M&A strategy. Emeria are to publish their FY24 financials soon.
