CPI has plans for Immofinanz and was unlikely to want to involve a potentially hostile shareholder. Petrus’ 11% stake in Immofinanz didn’t offer any real power, as CPI has a 75% stake. Petrus may have wanted to force a squeeze-out. We were puzzled at its entry, and its exit makes more sense.
