Terrible timing on the announcement and indicative that the internal machinations at Atalian have not gone away. Atalian losing another CEO is a poor look. The Julian family (Sophie Pécriaux is married to Frank Julian) are reasserting internal control. The new CEO is an insider who has been on the board for 12 years.
