Astaldi - bondholders are approving the plan

The Astaldi convertibles have approved the Concordato Preventivo, but the bonds did not reach the quorum.

Bonds will meet again next week on Tuesday 10 March, at 12:00 p.m. CET, and, if needed, again on Tuesday 24 March 2020 at 12:00 p.m.

Due to the wide retail dispersement of the bond, it is hardly surprising that the quorum has not been reached. 

The acceptance by the Convertibles with 80% is a positive sign that also the bonds can vote to accept the plan, despite the recent mobilisation of dissident holders.
