ASDA - comment

It is not surprising that an IT project of this size has overrun and cost more than expected. The issues have contributed to the unavailability of stock at the store level, but the problems have been isolated. Walmart is being paid for its systems and has a continued interest in ASDA; it will extract a pound of flesh but will extend as required.
