ASDA - comment

An extension for ASDA to complete its separation from Walmart's IT systems makes sense as Walmart retains an equity interest in ASDA. The project has suffered delays and snags but has largely been successful. The amended agreement with Walmart gives ASDA more time to get the separation right and ensure further disruption is minimised.
