Ardagh Metal Packaging - comment

Stefan Schellinger was CFO at ContourGlobal when it was taken private by KKR in 2022. Reservoir Capital held 70% of ContourGlobal when KKR bought the business. There has been no indication of a change of ownership at AMP, but the new man has experience selling a company with a majority external shareholder. Apollo has a charge over Ardagh Group’s 75% stake in Metal Packaging, so they would need to be involved in any possible sale.
