With results due next week (7th February), AMS Osram announced that the CEO, Alexander Everke, has stepped down. This appears to have been planned, with the board appointing Aldo Kamper, former CEO of Leoni AG since 2018. Prior to 2018, Mr Kapmer was an employee of Osram, holding several management positions. Further details on the exact handover of responsibilities will be completed during spring 2023, with Alexander Everke remaining in an advisory role until year-end 2023.

Separately, the Company are due to hold a non-deal roadshow after the results on February 10th.
