AMS Osram - comment

Following the release of AMS Osram’s Q1 results, management is currently engaging with both equity and credit investors. The only feedback received thus far indicates that the CFO reaffirmed confidence in the Company’s ability to achieve its €500 million disposal target. Given that this guidance was most recently reiterated on April 30th, any deviation at this stage would be highly unexpected.
