Following Bafin’s decision to declare fault over the Gerresheimer valuation, LEG have declared they will not be taking up their option to buy the remainder of Brack. That LEG won’t exercise that option does not come as a surprise per se, but the formality of that announcement does have its implications on the timing of next events, which we will discuss separately (Wolfgang back in office tomorrow).
