Moving to a General Standard will significantly reduce the disclosure requirements for Accentro. The company will continue to report quarterly and in English, but with no mention of regular conference calls, these may be under threat. Given the dismal corporate governance record at Accentro on the Prime Standard, it is questionable what difference investors will see, but it is a retrograde step.
