Today is Steinhoff’s settlement effective date. The company today set the date of May 15th as deadline to register Market Purchase Claims (MPCs) as parts of the execution plan for the settlement. By consequence, we will still be seeing the claims in the H122 report. Otherwise, it’s just another milestone in the settlement.
