Casino/Rallye - comment

Casino’s main shareholder, Jean-Charles Naouri, is in the process of getting divorced from his wife since December and have been living apart for three years. As part of the process, it has emerged that his wife has filed a complaint of psychological violence against Naouri and this has prompted an investigation. His wife said that she has never been beaten. 

It is another distraction for Rallye and Casino investors but any settlement of the divorce proceedings will shine a light on Naouri’s wealth away from his indirect Rallye and Casino stakes.
