Please find attached a press release from Intralot confirming that they did hand in an improved bid yesterday - after the close of the auction - along with an appeal over fairness to the competition committee.

We previously understood that committee agreed to review the appeal over the weekend.

At best however this should result in a significant deterioration of the contract and thus we assume that half the EBITDA is already lost and we are now only hoping to somehow retain the other half. Thus there is no material change to the model / analysis we wish to make at this time. Depending on pricing tomorrow, we may want to either still enter late into a short or postpone the decision until the news are official.
